This fantastical series of digitally modeled prints illustrate the adventures of a mythical troupe of singing fish from Montreal. Most of the characters are production assistants, agents, accountants, or animal performers that work for the fish. When the "poissons" appear, they are usually hidden in bowls. Regional Artists are encouraged to submit entries to "Objects of Affection" a juried exhibition dedicated to the study, portrayal, and artistic interpretation of arranged objects. The exhibit will celebrate the still life from classic to contemporary. Open to all Media. Must be a Midwest artist within reasonable driving distance to enter. The Jurors will be a committee of Union Street Gallery Studio Artists. USG Studio Artists represent an artistic collaborative that directs the aesthetic content and programming for the gallery. The Studio Artists have experience curating exhibitions at a local, regional and national level. All work must be hand delivered by August 20 & 21.

Staying busy is not a problem for Bill Bellamy, whose flourishing career encompasses the worlds of feature film, television, comedy and more. His career is on the rise, yet his feet remain firmly planted on the ground. Bellamy made his feature film debut in the spring of 1997, opposite Nia Long and Larenz Tate in the critically acclaimed romantic comedy LOVE JONES for New Line Cinema. He successfully followed that with his leading man debut in the hit comedy, Def Jam’s HOW TO BE A PLAYER for Gramercy Pictures in the summer of 1997. Bellamy also starred as the voice of Skeeter in Nickelodeon’s hit action-comedy series Cousin Skeeter. He was nominated for an NAACP Image Award for his outstanding performance on the show. Bellamy continues to keep his comedy chops sharp with regular stand-up appearances at comedy clubs and arenas across the country. His intelligence and infectious humor landed the comedian a guest-correspondent stint on Entertainment Tonight.
